Shipping and handling charges are based on the total amount of your order. Oversize or heavy items will have an additional shipping cost. The cost may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. We will notify you if there is an increase in shipping cost for your order prior to billing and shipping.
We can ship within Canada. For some locations handling charges may not be accurate until calculated at time of order. Please note local restrictions may prevent shipment of certain products. We will notify you prior to billing and shipping.
In Store pick up is available at no additional cost.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is fulfilled.
In stock item orders can take 1-3 business days depending on when the order is placed. Items that will require ordering may take additional 3-5 days.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100.00, Ontario address only and at standard shipping. Free shipping is not available for oversize items or expedited shipping.
FAST-DOO is not responsible for damage during shipping . If a shipment arrives to your door damaged please submit pictures of the damage packing and product through our return form. If you have the tracking number on the box, please provide this information as well. We highly recommend that you select package protection at time of check out to avoid any frustration of your order being loss, damaged or theft.
All returns must be with in 30 days from the original shipping date.
Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include all original packing, labels and tags. Products must not show signs of install and must be unmarked and/or unworn.
Customer is responsible to pay for all return shipping costs . Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Return form must be completed. Packing slip and return authorization form must be included with all returns.
Returns must be authorized by FAST-DOO and follow return procedures. Failure to do so will result in 15% re-stocking fee .
Return credit will be refunded to original method of payment once the item is received at FAST-DOO location. Please note that your credit card company may take 2- 15 additional days to apply the credit to your account.
Products that are not eligible for returns are: Electrical items, decals, stickers/ emblems, hazardous materials (oils, cleaning products, grease, lubricant, batteries ect.). Sale or liquidation products are final sale.
If you have received the incorrect item from ordered item. We will exchange this product with no additional shipping or restocking cost. Please provide picture of the incorrect item in the return form for FAST-DOO to better assist you in exchange procedure.
If you have ordered a product that is an incorrect size, we will exchange this item with no additional charges. Additional charges apply if customer requests a colour or product change.

If your item arrives inoperable but with no apparent damage, it is considered defective . For warranty or replacement please fill our return form and include as many pictures as possible (shipping box, pictures of the packaging, picture of the product, picture of the visible defect etc.) Once we receive your request, we will e-mail notify you on procedure.

Installed by your authorized dealer / distributor on your new or used BRP vehicle.
For a period of twelve (12) months starting from the date of the retail sale, this limited warranty covers Parts, Accessories, and labour. BRP will repair or replace genuine BRP Parts and Accessories found defective in material and/or workmanship – further to normal use and service. Labour and collateral damages to the vehicle may be covered only if the failed part or accessory was installed by a BRP authorized dealer / distributor.

For a period of twelve (12) months starting from the date of the retail sale, BRP will repair or replace BRP genuine Parts and Accessories if found defective in material and/or workmanship further to normal use and service. Labour and collateral damages to the vehicle are not covered if the failed part or accessory was not installed by a BRP authorized dealer / distributor.

BRP warrants that all SympaTex® Riding Gear will be free of any defect in material and/or workmanship for the lifetimeƗ of the product further to normal use and service. BRP will repair or replace SympaTex® Riding Gear found defective in material and/or workmanship.

For a period of twelve (12) months starting from the date of the retail sale, BRP will repair or replace BRP Riding Gear if found defective in material and/or workmanship further to normal use and service.

Helmets . For a period of forty-eight (48) months starting from the date of the retail sale. BRP will repair or replace BRP helmets if found defective in material and/or workmanship further to normal use and service.

TO THE EXTENT THAT THEY CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LIFE OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY. INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE UNDER THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES/PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS IDENTIFIED ABOVE; AS A RESULT, THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, OR PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.

Please note that warranty claims are always subject to final approval by BRP. To claim a warranty on SympaTex® riding gear, you must notify an authorized dealer within two (2) days of the appearance of the defect in material and/or workmanship and present to the authorized dealer a proof of purchase (original bill of sale) of the new and unused
SympaTex® riding gear. Please have all warranty items clean for evaluation or they will be returned to you without an inspection being made.
All items replaced under this limited warranty become the property of BRP.
